企画番号B「自由投稿」/ C2 "Free Writing"

　本企画・自由投稿は、新論説集「マージナリア」の中核を担う、もっとも自由度の高い企画になります。内容・字数に指定はなく、執筆者の希望する注釈や写真、各種記号（レ点など）にも随時対応いたします。ただし、寄稿された文章は企画番号D「Phase Reading」の執筆対象となることを、あらかじめご了承ください。参加をご希望の場合は、

1. 出版費用の一部を負担する（詳しくは注意事項を参照）
2. 「自分の文章を執筆対象とする二次的な文章」の著者２人を指名する

の２点についても、本人の同意が得られたものと見なします（②については企画D「Phase Reading」の説明を参照）。
　本企画では、１人につき１編までの掲載を認めます。量があまりにも多くなりそうな場合や、写真を多用する場合などは、あらかじめ編集部に相談の上、執筆にとりかかってください。

　第４号の自由投稿に関しては、出版ののち公式ウェブサイトに掲載することはありません（掲載希望者は要相談）。
　執筆希望者は12月31日（水）までに、参加の旨を編集部にまでお伝えください。提出先は注意事項を参照。
　提出期限は1月31日（土）ですが、Phase Reading の締め切りが1週間後の2月8日となっておりますので、Phase Readingの著者が執筆に十分な時間を確保できるよう、必ず関係者内で相談してください。

Having been differentiated from other sections, "Free Writing" will play a main role in Marginalia No.4 in the point of its flexibility. In this section we don't have restrictions on the theme, nor limitations of the number of words, and yet any request will be accepted in case that it seems essential to your writing. Please note that there are 2 specific matters you need to do when joining this section:

1. to pay a part of the printing fee Marginalia No.4 will charge
2. to find 2 people who can make a "secondhand writing" of yours
   (Take a look at C4 "Phase Reading" as well.)

　　Each person is allowed to put only 1 writing in the magazine. Please let us know in advance if your writing is consumed to be voluminous or using a lot of pictures.
　　This section in Marginalia No.4 is not going to be put on the official website of the Project Marginalia (although you can ask us when you want). Please let us know by 15th January if you would like to join this section.
　　The deadline of this writing is 31st January; since the one of "Phase Reading" is 8th February, only a week later, it is necessaary to have a confirmation with your partner so that they have enough time to make a secondhand writing.
