基本的に、企画番号H「写真企画」およびI「ウェブサイト投稿記事」を除く、どの企画にも参加できます。
執筆をご希望の方は、お近くの関係者または運営委員会編集部のメールアドレス
にまでお問い合わせください。ただし、企画番号G「闇鍋読書」に関しては、12月8日（月）に行われた本の交換会に参加された方のみ、第4号における本企画の執筆資格があるとみなします（例外措置については企画責任者に一任）。本文（地の文）に使用できる言語は、基本的に日本語か英語とします（要相談）。

As for C7 "Exchange Reading", only those who came to the book exchange session held on 8th December are qualified to participate in Marginalia No.4 (although a person in charge could change the situation according to your request).
The language you can use for the description in your writing, is only English or Japanese.
第４号出版における出資金の負担についてHow we collect money for printing a magazine
企画番号B「自由投稿」の投稿者および各企画の責任者が、出資義務者となります。上記に該当しない企画の執筆者は、出資義務者に該当しません。
出資義務者は、第4号の出版について「出資者」となる義務を負います。出資の仕組みは以下の通りです。
- 出資者は、「第4号の出版費用を出資者の人数で割った金額」を均等に負担します。第4号における実際の負担金額（＊）は、1月中旬に発表されます。
- 第4号の売上は、第4号に関する収支において委員会が赤字にならないように、出資者に返金されます。
- 負担金および返金の最小単位は500円とします。
To publish a magazine in Japan, the contributors to C2 "Free Writing" and everyone who planned each section, are obligated to cover a part of the expenses for publishment. If you are writing only for other sections, you need not to.
Here is the process in which we make money (as for non-Japanese residents there can be exceptions subject to Yuma's consent):
- Backers* of Marginalia No.4 equally bear the costs of the publishment after the whole amount of money we need is announced in the middle of January, 2015.
- You will get back some money from the PMC so that the committee would not be in red.
- The minimum fee of giving and receiving money is 500 yen (equivalent to 3.4 euros).
* For example, since the printing fee of Marginalia No.3 was 30600 yen and the number of backers are 8, each person had to pay 4000 yen to PMC.
As of 8th December 2014, we are planning to give them back the whole amount they paid.
Also in the case of No.2, we have refunded all the money paid.
原稿提出までのスケジュールSchedule
2014年12月31日（水）は、中間報告の日です。この日までに、第4号全原稿の著者を決定いたします。企画番号B「自由投稿」に参加をご希望の方は、執筆の進捗状況および予想される原稿量を、その他各企画責任者は企画参加者の名前および連絡先を、編集部にまでご報告ください。なお、この時点で著者（企画責任者本人を除く）の集まらなかった企画については、第4号への掲載を中止いたします。
2015年1月31日（土）は、企画番号B「 自由投稿」の提出期限です。自由投稿の各著者は、この日までに企画番号D「Phase Reading」の著者および編集部に規定の提出方法で原稿を提出してください。くわしくは該当する企画（B, D）の説明をご覧ください。
2015年2月8日（日）は、自由投稿以外の全原稿の提出期限です。各企画責任者は、この日までに規定の提出方法で全原稿を提出してください。この日までに集まらなかった原稿に関しては、白紙とみなします。
15th Janauary 2015, is the date we confirm who will join us. If you wish to join C2 "Free Writing", then tell us how much you have already written and will write. And if joining any other sections, let us know in advance that you would like to be part of the magazine, so a person in charge could know who's under one's direction. The section having got few people to write, would not be adopted.
31st January 2015, is the closing date of all the writings to C2 "Free Writing". By this date all the writers need to send your writing to the partner joining C4 "Phase Reading" as well as to PMC. For more information, go to the description of C2 and C4.
8th February 2015, is the closing date for every writing except for C2. By this date each person in charge will collect essays from everyone; if you do not you will lose the right to post your writing in Marginalia No.4.

基本的にはGoogle Driveにアップロードしていただく形になります。執筆をご希望の方には、編集部より登録の手順を説明いたします。また、やむをえずGoogle Driveへの登録が難しいと判断された場合には、編集部のメールアドレス
へ、添付ファイルとして送っていただきます。PDF、Wordあるいはテキスト形式のみ受け付けます。
